Returns Policy

What is the returns window?

Free returns within 28 days of confirmed completion of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

BeeQR covers the cost (free returns).

How do I start a return?

Email admin@BeeQR.app with your order number and reason.

How long does processing take and how are refunds issued?

Processing timeframe and refund method: Each request will be assessed by our team and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution. Refunds will be processed as soon as approval for the return is completed.

What condition must items be in?

All returned items must be unused and undamaged, assessed per item in the order (item-level evaluation).

Do you ship within Australia?

Yes — coverage is currently Australia only.

What are handling/dispatch times?

Up to 3 business days.

What are the delivery estimates?

Standard: 5–10 business days. Express: 2–3 business days.

When is delivery considered complete?

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier records a “delivered” scan.
